While working in a previous management role, Evan’s love for data developed rapidly. After being asked to lead the data migration process associated with his location’s transition to SAP, he became increasingly passionate about leveraging the infinite possibilities for the application of analytics. After receiving his Master of Science in Business Analytics from William & Mary, Evan joined the Data Science team as an Analytics Developer at a Virginia-based federal credit union.

As Manager of Analytics at Engage fi, Evan works in many different aspects within pricing and data analysis and always strives to bring new insights and findings to the organization and the banks and credit unions we work with each day.

Outside of work, Evan’s hobbies include spending time with his wife and daughters, Winnie and Thumper (miniature dachshunds), and working with the nonprofit he founded as well as any activities that may help those that are in need.
