Sheila is passionate and detail-oriented and brings an incredible work ethic to the table. She is willing to assist anyone that needs help, is dependable, knowledgeable, analytical, and organized. She has a “need for speed” – both in her extremely expeditious work and her love of running. Sheila’s desire to learn and the ability to communicate processes clearly are evident daily.

Sheila’s primary focus at Engage fi is to execute on Project Management and Quality initiatives that support the Operational Business Transformation as well as the primary resource for implementation of processes, procedures, KPIs, and supporting toolsets.  Sheila brings over 25 years of experience from within the Credit Union and FinTech worlds.

Before joining Engage fi, Sheila held several positions at both a credit union and at a vendor and most recently on a Credit Union Solutions Portfolio Management team.  She is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

Sheila lives near Dallas, Texas.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her son play sports, traveling, and running.
